I’m Grace, I’m 24 and I’m a pastry chef at Ottolenghi Belgravia. I quit my 9-5 job to follow my dream and now I bake for a living. I go to pastry school once a week and then spend 5 days in the kitchen. On my day off, you’ll find me.. well, baking.


I have committed to daily diary entries of my life as a pastry apprentice and the trials and tribulations that come with it. I want to show others that there is more to life than the hamster wheel that so many seem stuck on and inspire people to follow their hearts.
